Shiva Kamireddy

Shiva Kamireddy is the Founder and Managing Partner of VERILAW, and an Advocate and Intellectual Property Attorney with more than eight years of experience across litigation, corporate advisory and intellectual property law. He advises startups, MSMEs, corporations and individuals on legal, commercial and regulatory matters.

His practice spans civil, commercial, corporate, criminal, consumer, labour and IP litigation, alongside trademark prosecution and enforcement, copyright, brand protection, corporate governance, commercial contracts, legal due diligence and regulatory compliance. He appears before the Telangana High Court and a range of courts, tribunals and statutory authorities, including the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) and Consumer Commissions.

As Legal Advisor to BTM Ventures Private Limited, Shiva guided the company on corporate, commercial and IP matters through its growth phase, ahead of its acquisition by Honasa Consumer Limited in a transaction valued at approximately ₹195 crore.

With qualifications in both Engineering and Law, he pairs technical understanding with legal expertise to deliver practical, commercially grounded advice aligned with his clients’ business objectives.
